The hotel's position was particularly good, just off the Civil Rights Museums and landmarks and many interesting sites.

Outstanding service, although a few employees were very rude. The staff were all exceptional, and the room was modern with a pull out couch. Got an absolutely fantastic breakfast included.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Civil Rights Museums and landmarks, and there were plenty of excellent dining options within walking distance. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the coffee was always available. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a full-size fridge. the staff members were kind, welcoming, and attentive to our needs.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. the parking situation was frustrating.

I really enjoyed this hotel, it was fairly clean and special. The staff was all absolutely kind. The location was magnificent, relatively near a haunting memorial. It also was very close to attractions. This venue was stunningly beautiful and I would stay here again.

The location was unbeatable, close to Hank Williams Museum. It was within 13 min drive from the airport. Affable and supper friendly staff, provided information if needed.

Enjoyed this clean and homely place, accommodating staff and modern rooms. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, climate control, flat-screen television and an electric kettle. It had central location close to Hank Williams Museum. Had a perfect stay here.

Marvellous location to Rosa Parks Museum. Absolutely fantastic breakfast with a huge variety of hot/cold dishes. Nice pool, parking close to the hotel.

It was beautiful and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with exceptionally nice staff and absolutely perfect location in downtown...

The hotel has a convenient location, close to the facility where I was working. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast offered a variety of choices. The staff at the buffet was pleasant and the kitchen staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff and manager were not accommodating and provided poor customer service.
